Kaka is not moving to England and join big-spending Manchester City, according to AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi.
There has been reports from England earlier about Man City opening talks with Milan with regards to the move.
City are now backed by the Abu Dhabi United Group who has influenced an aggresive transfer policy from the Eastland-based club..
Kaka has been mooted as a possible target and on Tuesday it was reported senior City representatives had met with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani to discuss a possible transfer.
